ShowjumpingThe course will consist of 12 jumps, varying in style. There are many oxers, combinations, uprights, even a water jump. Many of these are in the stable colours of eucalypt green and earth brown or follow an Australian theme. Riders should wear either a short jacket or short sleeved shirt, helmet, long boots and jodphurs or breeches. Horses should be wearing a jumping or all purpose saddle, they do not have to be braided.
BONUS: In show - 1, ASH point system - .5
Time TrialThis event is unique to the ASH Society. It consists of riders working their way through a series of obstacles(see below for video). First you walk up to a locked gate and pass through without dismounting. After you canter up to and past a small jump to loop back and jump the jump, continue the way you were going originally. You then head to a set of 2 barrels completing a figure 8 around these. You proceed to wind your way through 3 trees, not crossing the log in the centre. Following this you pass over a small log, do a tight turn around a tree and return over the log again. After this you again wind through trees passing over the centre log each time for this obstacle. You finish the round by trotting back to the start line. Fastest time wins. Riders should wear the Australian Stock Horse Society official gear, while horses should be ridden in a stock saddle with bridle. (see below)

Riders need to wear a protective vest, helmet and jodphurs and t-shirt of choice. horses need not be braided but should also wear protective gear.
BONUS: In show - 1, ASH point system - .5
BarrelsPretty straight forward. Riders have the choice of either helmet or hat and horses should be ridden in either a stock or western saddle.
BONUS: In show - 2, ASH point system - 1
CampdraftingAgain horses and riders should wear the official ASH Society gear, but it is not essential. You have the choice from droughtmaster cattle yearlings. For those who don't know what it is you must first cut a cow from the mob and show that you can control it by turning it 3-4 times. You then call for the gate to be opened and you must draft the cow. You draft the cattle in a barrel racing pattern around 2 small trees and finally through a gate. Fastest time wins.
